Low-impact joint friendly exercises
Staying active with the BedGym
It’s vital to our health and wellness that we get ourselves moving as much as possible each day. Unfortunately, some people struggle with the ability to exercise or get themselves moving at all. The BedGym can help so many people in so many ways to stay active and from a safe raised platform, their beds.
Older adults can find it challenging and sometimes impossible to exercise, especially on an uncomfortable floor, even just to get up from the floor can be too much of a challenge, but with the BedGym you can comfortably get a low-impact and joint friendly workout any time of day, safely and without the risk of falling.
People are living sedentary lives and sitting more and more and we want to bring awareness that you can stay active even while you're sitting or lying in bed and with the BedGym there’s no better way to do it from home.

Currently, the BedGym is being used to help and treat Multiple Sclerosis patients at the International Multiple Sclerosis Management Practice, which is one of the world's best multiple sclerosis research and treatment centers here in NYC.
Helping people is something we hold very dear to our hearts and we are so happy that we are able to help patients and other people who have physical disabilities and limitations.

The BedGym is proudly endorsed and supported by doctors, physical therapists, and occupational therapists. We are also featured on the United Spinal Association’s website and being recommended to people with spinal disabilities.
